I will be in the San Angelo area for an Open House/Career Fair on Monday afternoon, December 17th from 3:00 until 6:30, and then again all day Tuesday, December 18th (9:00 to 6:30), at our offices at 1131-A Knickerbocker Rd in San Angelo, TX. This sales team alternates between the San Angelo and Abilene markets during the year.
I will be in the College Station area for a Open House/Career Fair on Wednesday afternoon, December 19th from 3:00 until 6:30, and then again all day Thursday, December 20th (9:00 to 6:30), at our offices at 900 Harvey Road, Suite 9B, in College Station, TX,. This sales team alternates between the Killeen, Temple, and College Station markets during the year.
Who should come visit us?
We are an established leader in local advertising across the 11 state area we serve. For over 38 years our sales team has worked with local companies on innovative print, online, and mobile Yellow Page programs. This is an outside sales position in which you will help a wide variety of businesses to develop and implement marketing programs which bring customers to their doors. Our products are heavily utilized resources in the local community and come in a range of formats – print, online, and mobile.
We are looking for — people who have the following skills:
• 2+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience is highly preferred
• A track record of achieving sales objectives is a MUST
• The willingness to make cold calls (for which you receive above average commissions)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to travel to adjacent markets Monday through Friday for part of the year
• A team player willing to help and support other reps
What are we offering?
• Typical first year earnings (at plan) are in the $70,000+ range, but commissions are only limited by your desire to make money. $100,000+ is not unusual for our better reps
